Residential Mortgage Development Officer - Our vision is to become one of the leading mortgage lenders in Kansas. We are expanding of Home Mortgage Department and seeking a development officer(s) who will be responsible for:

• Soliciting mortgage loan customers, industry contacts and groups to capture mortgage loan business.
• Interviewing applicants to obtain pertinent information regarding their loan needs.
• Initiating the lending decision process.
• Providing outstanding service to customers.
• Ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures.
• Assisting the Chairman and the President in coordinating marketing and outreach programs.

Senior Citizen Banking Ambassador - As large numbers of the nation’s population approach retirement, the intends to unveil a Senior Citizens Banking Club for population of age 62 and above. We are looking for a highly sensitive, patient and carrying individual to help drive this program with general responsibilities to include:

• Developing seminars on banking and finance topics.
• Calling, writing and e-mailing clients or prospects.
• Performing work in conjunction with outside sales including required paperwork.
• Helping in the preparation of marketing and outreach plans and cross-selling other bank products and services.
